From the release of a new beer to a classic car cruise-in to a second anniversary celebration, breweries that call the north Gwinnett area home are gearing up for an eventful Gwinnett Beer Week.

Presented by Explore Gwinnett, the week-long celebration of beer will be held from Sunday, July 18, to Saturday, July 24, with events planned at breweries throughout Gwinnett County. Here’s a list of events at three local breweries: 

Indio Brewing

• Indio Brewing will host a Cards Against Humanity game night beginning at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 22.  

• Indio will host a bingo night beginning at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 23, for a chance to win free beer.

• The brewery will celebrate its second anniversary with a party beginning at noon on Saturday, July 24,

Monkey Wrench Brewing

• Monkey Wrench will release a new brew, Suwanee Creek Kolsch, which will be available for $5 per pint during Gwinnett Beer Week. 

• Monkey Wrench will host a Dog Days of Summer event from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, July 18, with free ice cream for dogs and humans, dog splash pools, giveaways and adoptable pets on hand.

• The brewery will present live music by Sean Hartley from 6 to 9 pm. Friday, July 23.

• Monkey Wrench will host beer yoga from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 24.

• Live music from Whiskey Dawgs is on tap at Monkey Wrench from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, July 24, and Two Fox Farm’s food truck will be on hand from noon to 9 p.m. 

StillFire Brewing

• StillFire Brewing will host a Cruise-n-Brews cruise-in from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 18, weather permitting. 

• StillFire will host a Puppies and Pints event from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, in partnership with local shelters to help adoptable pets find homes. A portion of proceeds will be donated to those local shelters. The event will include doggie ice cream stations, treats for dogs and more.

• Trivia Night is planned for 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, July 21 at StillFire.

• The brewery will host Soundcheck Bingo from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday, July 22.

• Live music is on tap at StillFire featuring Amber Wallace from 8 to 11 p.m. Friday, July 23.

• Mud Donkey Band, a ’90s alt rock tribute, will perform at Stillfire beginning at 8 p.m. Saturday, July 24.
