(Buford, Ga.) — The Georgia Department of Transportation announced that on Monday, July 29, traffic will switch over to the newly constructed lanes on Lake Lanier Islands Parkway/SR 347 in Buford.

The traffic shift beginning on Monday will start at Holiday Point Marina and end at Shoreland Drive. The new traffic flow will allow motorists to utilize the new roundabout at Big Creek Road and New Bethany Road.
