Gwinnett police are actively searching for a suspect in a double homicide that took place Friday afternoon in Flowery Branch.
Police believe William Jerome Adams was in a relationship with the 40-year-old victim, who was killed alongside her 16-year-old son inside a residence on Apple Grove Road.
The suspect is a 24-year-old male about 6-feet-two-inches and 210 pounds. He is thought to have fled the area in a 2010 black Audi passenger car with the Georgia tag RWT9487.
