The following reports were filed by the Gwinnett County Police Department between July 24-Aug. 7, 2023. 

Buford 

• Forcible sodomy was reported in the 000 block of Level Creek Road NE in Buford. 

• Reports of forcible fondling were filed in the 3300 block of Buford Drive NE (two incidents) and 3200 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford. 

• Reports of aggravated assault were filed in the 400 block of S Alexander Street NE, 4200 block of S Lee Street NE, in the area of Satellite Boulevard and Woodward Mill Road NE, 2200 block of Jasmine Glen Drive NE and 2900 block of Buford Drive NE. Buford locations.  

• Officers responded to reports of simple assault in the following Buford locations — the 2900 block of Pebblebrook Drive NE, 2600 block of Buford Dam Road NE, 2000 block of Windridge Drive NE, 2400 block of Hamilton Mill Road NE and 2100 block of Buford Town Drive NE. 

• Incidents of driving under the influence were reported in the following locations or areas in Buford — in the area of Buford Drive NE and S Lee Street NE, in the 1500 block of Buford Highway NE, in the area of Buford Drive NE and Rock Springs Road NE, in the area of Buford Drive NE and Gravel Springs Road, in the 2700 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE, in the area of Woodward Crossing Boulevard and Mall of Georgia Boulevard and in the area of Gravel Springs Road and Cedar Glade Lane NE. 

• Reports of burglary/breaking and entering were filed in the 2400 block of Buford Highway NE and 3300 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford. 

• Reports of destructive/damage/vandalism to property were filed in the 200 block of Cole Street NE, 2000 block of Clean Water Drive NE, 3600 block of Ash Drive NE, 2600 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE and 2000 block of Buford Mill Drive NE (three incidents). Buford locations. 

• Reports of theft from motor vehicle were made in the 5600 block of Shadburn Ferry Road NE, 2700 block of Buford Highway NE and 1900 block of Buford Mill Drive NE. Buford locations. 

• Officers responded to reports of larceny in the following locations in Buford — in the 2100 block of Brickton Crossing NE, 000 block of E Main Street NE, 4200 block of S Lee Street NE, 600 block of Power Avenue NE, 2700 block of Robert Bell Parkway NE, 600 block of Alma Court NE, 3300 block of Buford Drive NE (five incidents), 3700 block of Buford Drive NE and 3200 block of Surrey Green Lane NE. 

• Reports of false pretense/swindle/confidence game were made in the 1500 block of Laurel Crossing Parkway NE and 3700 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford. 

• Reports of shoplifting were filed in the 2100 block of Buford Dam Road NE, 4100 block of Buford Drive NE, 1800 block of Satellite Boulevard NE, 3300 block of Buford Drive NE (13 incidents), 3200 block of Woodward Crossing Boulevard NE (three incidents), 3700 block of Buford Drive NE (two incidents), 3000 block of Woodward Crossing Boulevard NE (two incidents), 800 block of Horizon Parkway NE, 2300 block of White Alder Drive NE, 1500 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE, 2900 block of Sentinel Circle NE and 2600 block of Buford Drive NE. Sugar Hill 

• A report of forcible rape was filed in the 5000 block of W Broad Street NE in Sugar Hill. 

• A report of aggravated assault was filed in the 1200 block of Amanda Way NE in Sugar Hill. 

• Reports of simple assault were filed in the following locations in Sugar Hill — in the 1200 block of Hillcrest Drive NE (two incidents), 4900 block of Nelson Brogdon Boulevard NE, 4500 block of Cheeley Drive NE and 4600 block of Pine Tree Circle NE. 

• Incidents of driving under the influence were reported in the area of Nelson Brogdon Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive and the 5100 block of W Broad Street NE in Sugar Hill. 

• A robbery was reported in the 1000 block of Level Creek Road NE in Sugar Hill. 

• A report of burglary/breaking and entering was filed in the 5800 block of Sugar Crossing Drive NE in Sugar Hill.  

• A report of destructive/damage/vandalism to property was filed in the area of Nelson Brogdon Boulevard NE and Hillcrest Drive NE in Sugar Hill. 

• Officers responded to reports of larceny in the following locations in Sugar Hill — in the 1200 block of Hillcrest Drive NE and 1100 block of Olivet Drive NE. 

• A report of false pretense/swindle/confidence game was filed in the 4500 block of Forest Green Drive NE in Sugar Hill. 

Suwanee 

• Reports of larceny were filed in the 3100 block of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road NE, 700 block of Brogdon Road NE and 4400 block of Meadow Club Drive NW in Suwanee. 

• Officers responded to a report of driving under the influence in the area of Suwanee Dam Road and Level Creek Road in Suwanee. 

• A report of false pretense/swindle/confidence game was made in the 1000 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard NW in Suwanee.
