The following reports were filed by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office from Aug. 8-22, 2023. 

Buford 

• Death investigations were conducted in the 6900 block of Lanier Islands Parkway and 5800 block of Bayside Court. Buford locations.  

• Deputies responded to a report of stalking in the 7000 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. 

• Aggravated assault involving spouse/parents/stepparents/foster parents was reported in the 7000 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. 

• Reports of battery were filed in the 4600 block of Distribution Parkway and 7000 block of Lanier Islands Parkway. Buford locations.  

• Harassing phone calls were reported in the 6700 block of Bass Circle in Buford. 

• Incidents of DUI — alcohol/less safe were reported in the 100 block of Lanier Parkway/I985 exit 8 NB (three incidents) and 100 block of Lanier Islands Parkway/Holiday Point. 

• A report of criminal trespass (damage less than $500) was filed in the 7000 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. 

• Theft by taking — greater than $1,500 was reported in the 6100 block of Shadburn Ferry Road in Buford. 

• Reports of theft by taking — less than $1,500 were filed in the 5200 block of Club Wildwood Drive and 4900 block of B U Bowman Drive in Buford. 

Flowery Branch 

• A death investigation was conducted in the 6300 block of Chestnut Hill Road in Flowery Branch. 

• Deputies investigated an accidental death in the 6800 block of Gaines Ferry Road in Flowery Branch. 

• A report of aggravated stalking was filed in the 6300 block of Mitchell Street in Flowery Branch. 

• An incident of DUI — alcohol/less safe was reported in the 6500 block of McEver Road/Lake Run Drive in Flowery Branch. 

• A report of theft by taking — less than $1,500 was filed in the 6800 block of Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch.
