The Gwinnett County Police Department announced Monday, April 18, that a woman missing since Wednesday, April 13, had been found safe.

Kayleigh Abbott, 20, was located in Augusta by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Department.

No additional information was released.

Abbott was last seen about 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, when she exited her mother’s vehicle while sitting in traffic on Sugarloaf Parkway near Scenic Highway in Lawrenceville.
