• Aggravated assault with a knife/cutting tool was reported in the 2900 block of Pebblebrook Drive NE in Buford. 

• Aggravated assault with other weapon was reported in the 4200 block of S Lee Street NE in Buford. 

• Reports of simple assault were filed in the 5100 block of Pass Court in Sugar Hill, 4100 block of Sturgeon Circle NE in Buford and 5100 block of Pass Court in Buford, 

• Battery was reported in the 1500 block of Marakanda Trail NE in Sugar Hill, 4500 block of Old Suwanee Road NE in Sugar Hill and 600 block of Leather St. NE in Buford. 

• Reports of simple battery were filed in the 3400 block of Buford Drive NE, 2600 block of Montego Drive NE and 1300 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE. Buford addresses. 

• Officers responded to a report of simple battery in the 4500 block of Old Suwanee Road NE in Sugar Hill. 

• A DUI arrest for alcohol was made in the Buford Drive NE/Buford Highway NE area of Buford. 

• A forced-entry, non-residential burglary attempt was made in the 1000 block of Whitehead Road NE in Sugar Hill. 

• A forced-entry, residential burglary was reported in the 4200 block of Hamilton Mill Road and 2900 block of Buford Drive NE. Buford addresses. 

• Disorderly conduct was reported in the 1000 block of Level Creek Road NE in Sugar Hill, 4400 block of Nelson Brogdon Boulevard NE in Sugar Hill and 3300 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford. 

• Reports of criminal damage in the second degree were made in the 1800 block of Appaloosa Lane NE and 2700 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE. Buford addresses.  

• Reports of criminal attempt — other thefts were made in the 700 block of N Price Road NE in Sugar Hill and 800 block of Forest Street NE in Buford. 

• A report of larceny — theft by taking was filed in the 4600 block of Candlewyck Way NE, 3700 block of Buford Drive NE and 3300 block of Buford Drive NE. Buford addresses. 

• Larceny — theft by deception was reported in the 1100 block of River Laurel Drive NW in Suwanee, 4500 block of Whitestone Way NW in Suwanee, 5200 block of Sycamore Road NE in Sugar Hill and 600 block of Edwards Court NE in Sugar Hill. 

• Motor vehicle thefts were reported in the 700 block of Brogdon Road NE in Suwanee, 2400 block of Buford Highway NE in Buford, 4100 block of S Lee Street NE in Buford, 2000 block of Whitebluff Way NE in Buford, 3200 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford and 1600 block of Satellite Boulevard NE in Buford. 

• Officers responded to reports of entering auto/larceny of articles from vehicle in the 600 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard NE in Sugar Hill, 1200 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard NE in Sugar Hill, 5600 block of S Richland Creek Road NE in Sugar Hill, 4900 block of Little Mill Road NE in Buford, 100 block of S Alexander Street NE in Buford, 2700 block of Sawnee Avenue NE in Buford, 3300 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford, 1800 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE in Buford and Buford Drive NE/Gravel Springs Road NE area of Buford. 

• Criminal attempt — theft from vehicle/tag was reported in the 2200 block of Woodbriar Drive NE in Buford. 

• Theft by shoplifting was reported in the 3300 block of Buford Drive NE (five incidents), 3900 block of Buford Drive NE, 1400 block of Satellite Boulevard NE, 1600 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE and 3700 block of Buford Drive NE. Buford addresses. 

 

The following reports were filed by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office between Aug. 19-31, 2021.

• A report of battery was filed in the 6900 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. 

• Deputies responded to a report of simple battery in the 7000 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.

• Domestic disputes were reported in the 5100 block of Persimmon Chase in Buford and 6600 block of Club View Court in Flowery Branch. 

• A report of a pedestrian darting out into traffic was made in the 100 block of Lanier Parkway/Friendship Road area of Buford. 

• A commercial burglary in the second degree was reported in the 6800 block of Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch. 

• Deputies responded to a report of criminal trespass in the 6900 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. 

• A report of criminal trespass with damage less than $500 was filed in the 4900 block of Peachtree Drive in Buford. 

• Criminal damage to property in the first degree was reported in the 5600 block of Sweetwater Trail in Buford. 

• Criminal damage to property in the second degree was reported in the 6800 block of Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch. 

• Theft by taking — greater than $1,500 was reported in the 6900 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.  

• Theft by taking — less than $1,500 was reported in the 6100 block of Shadburn Ferry Road in Buford and 6800 block of Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch.  

• Theft by receiving stolen property was reported in the 100 block of Lanier Parkway/I-985 Exit 8 NB in Buford. 

• Reports of entering an auto to commit a theft were filed in the 4900 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford (two incidents).
