The Georgia Dugout Preview’s annual All-State lists have been released and Buford is well represented on this year’s list. Buford has five players on the Class AAAAAA All-State First Team list and two players on the All-State Second Team list.
On the All-State First Team for Buford are Jackson Brockett, pitcher (Class of 2021); Jackson Gaspard, second baseman (Class of 2022); Dylan Lesko, pitcher (Class of 2022); Treyton Rank, infielder (Class of 2021) and Riley Stanford, outfielder (Class of 2022).
Brant Baughcum, third baseman (Class of 2022) and Nathan Smith, catcher (Class of 2021) represent Buford on the All-State Second Team.
