CAPTURED! Suspect Sought in Local Kohl’s Theft

UPDATE:

The suspect has been identified as Gage Tinker (26) of Cumming, Georgia.  The lead detective has obtained a warrant for Gage’s arrest.  He is charged with Felony Shoplifting and has been arrested.  Gage is currently being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center.

ORIGINAL:

On February 2, 2019, the male suspect is seen entering the Kohl’s located at 2270 Hamilton Mill Parkway in Dacula.  The suspect walked around the store for approximately 15 minutes before proceeding to where the vacuums are at. He then selected two high-end vacuum cleaners and ran out of the store.  He got into the passenger side of a black sedan car.

He is also believed to be responsible for a theft on December 27, 2018, at Microcenter located at 2340 Pleasant Hill Road in unincorporated Duluth. There he selected two electronics items and puts them in a shopping cart.  While on his phone, he pushed the cart with the items towards the front of the store. After waiting for a brief period of time, the suspect grabbed the items from the cart and ran out of the store.

The items stolen from both stores are believed to be worth over $1,600.00.

The suspect has many tattoos that could help in identifying him.
