Police seek help identifying suspected shoplifter who targeted Home Depot store

The Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking the public’s help identifying a suspected shoplifter who police say targeted a local Home Depot store.

The suspect entered the Home Depot at at 2120 Hamilton Creek Parkway in Dacula on Saturday, May 13, where police say he loaded a shopping car with merchandise valued at $1,206 and left the store without paying for the items.

The suspect is described as a white male of medium build, clean shaven with brown hair. He wore a pink shirt, white shorts and white sneakers with black or gray stripes. He was seen driving a green 2007 Nissan Altima with Georgia license plate RCY4158.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity is asked to call GCPD detectives at 770-513-5300.
