Senior Damarcus Ash, a defensive tackle for the Lanier Longhorns varsity football team announced on Monday, Jan. 30 via Twitter that he has chosen to further his academic and athletic careers with the University of Charleston’s football program.
Ash stands at 6-foot-6 and weighs 330 pounds. He often plays the nose guard position on Lanier’s defensive line.
