Georgia Grown to Go Drive-through Farmer’s Market

LAWRENCEVILLE — Georgia’s Grown To Go drive-thru farmer’s market is set to return to Coolray Field in Lawrenceville on June 25, 2020.

The first drive-thru farmer’s market by Georgia’s Grown To Go initiative at Coolray Field was held on May 27.  The event was a huge success with over $80,000 in produce was sold in the presale alone.

The June 25 drive-thru market will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. at Coolray Field located at 2500 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville.

There are several items being offered during the presale.

  • Georgia Grown Farmers Basket – $36 ($40 day of event)
  • Georgia Grown Farmers Basket (Donation – Goes to local food pantries) – $36
  • Georgia Grown Peaches (25 lbs) – $36
  • Georgia Grown Sweet Corn (Approximately 48 ears per crate) – $30
  • Georgia Grown Watermelon – $5
  • Georgia Grown Snack Sampler – $40
  • Georgia Grown Sauce Pack – $9
  • Georgia Grown Mushrooms – $4
  • Backyard Grill Deal (5 lbs ground beef & 4 – 12 oz steaks) – $79

  • Chicken (10 lbs of slow-cooked, hand-pulled and diced chicken meat) – $20
