The following reports were filed by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office between Sept. 7, 2020, and Sept. 30, 2020.

• A forced entry commercial burglary was reported in the 800 block of Gainesville Highway in Buford.

• Deputies filed a report for a non-forced commercial burglary in the 6000 block of Atlanta Highway in Flowery Branch.

• Reports for theft by taking — less than $1,500 were filed for locations in the 5000 block of Lanier Islands Parkway Buford, 6300 block of Shadburn Ferry Road and 900 block of Gainesville Highway. Buford addresses.

• An incident of theft by taking — greater than $1,500 occurred in the 5300 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.

• A report for theft by deception was filed for a location in the 4900 block of Bristol Industrial Way in Buford.

• Theft by taking of a motor vehicle took place in the 1000 block of Parkway Court in Buford.

• Deputies responded to calls for simple battery — family violence in the 6100 block of Glen Oak Drive in Flowery Branch, 5400 block of Orchard Way in Buford and 100 block of Ledford Road in Buford. 

• Simple battery happened in the 4900 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.

• An incident of battery occurred in the 5300 block of Walnut Trace in Buford.

• Second-degree criminal damage to property took place in the 6200 block of Bell Drive in Flowery Branch.

• Non-criminal damage to property was reported in the 5000 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.

• Accidental damage to property happened to a location in the 6900 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.

• Deputies responded to a call for public drunkenness in the 6800 block of Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch.

• A person was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 7600 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.

The following reports were filed by the Suwanee Police Department for incidents take took place within the Suwanee city limits between Sept. 4, 2020, and Oct. 2, 2020.

• Theft by deception occurred in the 1600 block of Baxley Pine Trace, 4600 block of Arbor Crest Place, 600 block of Pringle Drive, 200 block of Seminole Circle, 800 block of Farmstead Road and 4100 block of Baverton Drive.

• Police respond to a call of armed robbery in the 2800 block of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road.

• First-degree burglary took place in the 1200 block of Park Pass Way.

• Second-degree burglary was reported in the 4100 block of Moore Road and 3900 block of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road.

• Theft by taking of vehicle parts happened in the 2000 block of Breton Hunt Lane and 4000 block of Smithtown Road.

• Reports for entering autos were filed for locations in the 3600 block of Martin Farm Road (three reports), 500 block of Virginia Avenue, 1100 block of Sable Crossing, 500 block of Willow Haven Way, 3100 block of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, 400 block of Northolt Parkway and 200 block of Old Peachtree Road.

• Financial transaction card theft occurred in the 1100 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, 1700 block of Breton Hunt Lane, 3200 block of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road and 3300 block of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road.

• Theft of services took place in the 300 block of Shawnee North Drive.

• Officers handled calls for shoplifting in the 1000 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and 3200 block of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road (seven reports).

• Rape was reported in the 4000 block of McGinnis Ferry Road.

• Battery was reported in the 700 block of Cambron Commons Trace, 3600 block of Rosehaven Way and 4000 block of McGinnis Ferry Road.

• Police filed reports for simple battery for locations in the 1500 block of Station Center Boulevard, 1000 block of Scales Road and 1 block of Celebration Drive.

• Aggravated battery/other weapon occurred in the 1 block of Satellite Boulevard.

• An incident of aggravated assault was reported in the 3200 block of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road.
