(Buford, Ga.) — Buford Baseball announced on Wednesday via Twitter that rising senior Joseph Salvo has chosen to commit to playing baseball for Samford University following graduation from Buford High School.
Salvo who sported the No. 20 jersey last season for the Wolves plays catcher, second base, and third base. He bats and throws right-handed.
He was recently named to the 2019 National Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List.
