Buford City Schools offer free meals to digital and quarantined students

BUFORD — The Buford City School system announced on Monday afternoon that they have started an initiative to where children ages 0-18 years old can receive free meals.  The Buford City Schools Nutrition Staff have worked hard to be able to provide this option to parents for their children.

Parents must complete a weekly meal pickup form and submit it back to the Nutrition Department by Thursday at 8 p.m. in order to reserve meals to pick up the following week.  Meals are available for parents to pick up on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Buford High School.  Parents should go through the bus lane at the high school to receive the meals.  On Mondays, each child will receive two breakfasts and two lunches and on Wednesdays, they will receive three breakfasts and three lunches.
