BUFORD, Ga. – Addie Rackley struck out 10 and hit a three-run homer as Buford rolled past Collins Hill 11-1 on Thursday.
The Wolves broke the game open with a seven-run fourth inning, highlighted by homers from Rackley, LG Goldin, Caroline Stanton and Ella Pierce Hensley. Summer Castorri added an RBI double and a bases-loaded walk, while Hensley tripled in two more runs.
Goldin went 3-for-4 with two runs scored from the leadoff spot. Buford drew seven walks, stole seven bases and played error-free defense.
Collins Hill’s Peyton Powers hit a solo home run for the Eagles’ lone run.
Buford hosts Central Gwinnett on Tuesday.
